Sam Krause

I recently had the pleasure of receiving physical therapy at Active Life Physical Therapy, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. From my first consultation, I felt heard and understood. My PTs, Belinda, Kyle, Nick and Edna, and OT Martha, took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain my treatment plan in detail.

The sessions were well-organized and effective, with a perfect balance of hands-on treatment and exercises tailored to my needs. I appreciated how they focused on educating me about my injury and the steps I could take at home to continue improving. The progress I made during my sessions was significant, and I left feeling stronger and more mobile than when I first arrived.

Thank you to the entire team for their expertise and care!

The staff are very friendly. Very efficient and know their work very well.

Physical therapy led by Belinda did a wonderful job on me. This was done by Judy, Nick, Edna and Kyle. The massage and e-steam done by Judy and Kyle on my back revived me. Exercises done by Edna, Kyle, Judy and Nick were very good. I am able to lift up to 3 pounds with my legs. All these were done with full dedication. I liked the peanut exercises more.

The Occupational Therapy was done by Martha. She dedicated all her efforts to make sure my body regained strength.

Weight lifting, standing and sitting down was done with easy. Walking and sitting down exercises were good. The back and shoulder steaming made me feel good.

Alex made sure all my administrative needs were met. She promptly requested for my rides. She made me feel at home. She gave me a candy on and off to uplift my spirits. Thank you Alex.

Belinda welcomed me with “how are feeling today” which made me feel at home. Her advised have been of tremendous help to me. The weight losing to help me walk again and to ease my diabetic problem.
